We are excited to offer custom packages and a la carte services that you can select to build or enhance your services that are specific to your requests, rather than unnecessary options that don't benefit you.
Planning and Coordination at Celebrations by Exclusively His is in reference to Vendor Services and Event Design, as well as the Executing of Decor Setup & Breakdown. We do not offer Directing Services.
Packages listed are for guest lists up to 100-150 guests. Over 150 guests, different fees apply.

The Queen's Package, $800
Ideal for the bride who is an ultimate planner herself; all or most vendors already booked, and details set—just hunting for that perfect coordinator to make sure it all comes together and happen as planned on the day-of.
• 1 preliminary personal planning consultation (at least 2 weeks before the wedding date) • Develop day-of itinerary schedule and timeline • Decorate rehearsal dinner, if applicable• Up to 8 hrs. day-of coordination of: Vendor services arrival/setup, ceremony, & reception •
We execute setup & breakdown of the ceremony and/or reception décor. Décor styling proposal created based off color palette and or theme preference. Cost of décor and signage materials are additional.
